Level 3: Robotics Senior

This course is divided into two stages. The first stage will mainly involve students acquiring a deeper understanding of the concept of Loops and using if/else statements to execute complex programs. Students will also learn about the Nested Loop programming methodology, another fundamental and useful programming concept to create and condense complicated programs.
 

The second stage of the course will introduce Nested Logic/Value Switch methodology, similar to the if-else logic and switch methodology in C++ programming. Equipping students with this skill will aid them in solving future problems, robotics or not, in an organised and logical manner.

  • Age: 10 and above / completed Junior level

  • 5 lessons, 2 hours per lesson

  • Introducing modular programming methodology and simple machines

  • Using Lego Mindstorms Robot Inventor 51515 sets
